Prevention, Reporting, & Education
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh can do a great deal to support people who have experienced sexual harassment and assault. These concepts are far reaching and may encompass violations of Title IX.
All students — women, girls, men, boys, straight, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, gender-nonconforming, part-time, full-time, with or without disabilities, different races and national origins– in elementary and secondary schools and colleges and universities have the right to pursue an education free from sex discrimination, including sexual violence, rape and harassment.
Some examples of possible violations include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Sexual Harassment
- Sexual Misconduct
- Sexual Violence
- Sexual Assault
- Dating Violence
- Domestic Violence
